WP+Tier1 ILR - Help needed

Dear All
I came to the UK 30 Jan 07 on WP (sponsored researcher WP - SR1 form)
I switched to Tier1 in August 08
My question is, am I going to be eligible for ILR in Jan 12 or do SR WP not count towards the 5 yrs?
