Multiple Applications

My apologies if this has been covered elsewhere.

It's a quick fairly straightforward question.

My wife and my daughter are here on spousal and dependant visas respectively (I had to make 2 separate applications).

When it comes time to make their ILR applications do I make 1 application for my wife and add my daughter to that application as a dependant? Or do I make a separate application for each of them (1 spouse and 1 family dependant)?

Many thanks,

Sarge.

Why is your British citizen daughter on a dependant visa?

My eldest daughter is British. My youngest daughter, the one in question, is South African. Make sense? Thanks for the help.

If your daughter's leave is in line with your wife's, then your wife may include your daughter in her SET(M) application, providing she's under 18 at the time (298).

Why is your elder daughter British and not your youngest daughter as well? Are you British otherwise than by descent?

That makes sense thanks.

And in answer to your question : my eldest daughter is British born, as is my son, whereas my youngest daughter is South African born. I, myself, am Zimbabwean born. My mother and her parents and their parents are all UK born British citizens (the lineage on that side of the family goes way back in the UK) (I was registered by my mother as a British citizen while I was still very young and we were living abroad).

Does that makes sense?

Cheers,

Sarge.

Yes. That makes sense.
