IHi all,

I am about to apply for ILR in March 2011, but My ILR is due in 11th april 2011 at that time my wife won't be in UK due to some health problem she is travelling to India, could you advise me what to do in this case?


and also do we need any requirements for one who applying under judicial review?

If you are granted ILR, then she may apply for a spouse visa from India. Subject to maintenance and accommodation and English test requirements
