Hi all, can someone please help I'm a little confused as to when my husband can apply for his IDL. His spouse visa expires on July 30 2011 and he will complete his 2year qualification period on July 10 2011. When shoule he make appointment at PEO?

Did he arrive in the UK on his spouse visa on July 10th? If so he can apply at the earliest 28 days before 10th July 2011 and no later than the expiry date on his current visa.

Yes he arrived on July 10 2009. Thanks for your help.
