ILR dependents and maintainence funds

I am on Tier 1 and spouse and kid are on Tier 1 dependent visa. I am planning to apply for my ILR and if my dependents qualify as well, I will apply for their ILR as well along with myself. Are there any financial requirements (such as maintainence funds for 3 months, minimum salary etc.) if I apply for ILR (both together or separately for my dependents). Please let me know and if there is any such requirement, i may have to start maintaining from now on? Please help.
