Hi Friends,

I have a few questions on accommodations requirements:

1. how many years of accommodation track we need to show for ILR purpose i.e. is it last year? last 3 yrs or all 5 years.
2. is it just tennancy agreement that we need to give as an evidence?
3. what is the requirement about 'sufficient accommodation' i.e. for a couple is double room enough or do we have to have a one bed flat etc.?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Dev

on what basis are you applying ILR. SET(M) or SET(O)?

There is no specific requirement for providing accomodation details such as tenancy agreement. You just provide them information regarding your earnings and spendings along with other documents (such as bank statements, P60, employer letter etc)

Having said that case workers can ask for whatever they need to satisfy themselves to grant ILR to you. But in my opinion chances are very less for work permit holders.
