ILR - Traffic Offence

Do I need to include fixed penalty road traffic offences (speeding or parking tickets) which is not given by a court in ILR application?
NO NEED to include in Citizenship application. Its clearly mentioned in UKBA website. Check 'Your Criminal record' section in below URL
