Is bonus a part of your salary

Hi
Could someone please tell me if the bonus earned is considered as a part of salary. I got some in jan and I am due to apply for ILR on 8th April.

bonus is part of your annual income, depends on how you define salary!. what exactly is your query related to?

I am applying for my ILR on 8th April and if the new rules kick in from 6th and one rules gives an indication that your earnings should be around what is stated on your WP letter then in that case I do have my salary more than that but the bonus makes it bigger thats y i was asking this

If you could also tell me i had to go back to my country to entry clearance, my letter of approval of work permit was issued on 1st may and my visa was stamped on 10th and i entered in the country on 15th so where do i start my 28 days from.
