SET M in few days little confusion over documents

Finally the time has come, in couple of days i will be applying for SET M in Peo. My main question is now i have all two year documents of myself and mrs in joint names almost over 150 documents from 6 different sources. so far i have placed them separately in order . should i handover the whole thing to the case worker or should i choose 6-8 documents spread evenly. and keep the rest with me in the bag and produce if asked?
what do u prefer, or specially some one who has been in the same situation before. your help would be much appreciated.
