As we all know due to the recession many IT ppl lost their jobs and I am the one who suffered from this. Just few days back I got job(Thanks to God) so I thought now my PR will be done. but thn I read about the changes of ILR rules.
This jun I will be completing my 5years stay.
AS I can't show them that earning which I have shown at the time of extension.

I have 2 questions.
1.Can anyone give me the draft for the same so I can email it to Mr.Damian Green
2. Can I apply for ILR after 6-7 months of qualifying period.(i.e in Nov 2011)?

Has anyone challenged the rules? All rules do not need court approval. everything goes under human rights these days....

I dont think anyone has challenged the rules as the rules are not rules yet!. I think these new rules are subject to parliamentary approval.
