Hi,

I am going for my ILR at Croydon and would like to know if a salary slip is required.

I am working as an IT contractor through my limited company for the last two years. My accountant does not generate salary slips as I have never needed them at any time.

For my ILR I am carrying

1. Letter from him which specifies my net and Gross Income
2. Personal bank account statements
3. Business Bank account statements
4. Company accounts for last year
5. Salary Slip (1 for the entire year) that my accountant generates for the home office for the period Apr 10 - Mar 2011.

Do you think it should be enough for the home office?

Hi,

I am assuming that you are the director of the company with 100% or majority share.

my case is similar to you and i got my ILR in May 2010.

I didnt include any business banking statements or accounts as we are treated as employee of that company. If your accountant is generating monthly payslips all you need to do is ask him to print them on a payslip stationery. I included my paylslips, letter from accountant, personal bank statements.

I carried P60s and Payslips ( whatever was available) for the last 5 years but the case worker never asked for any of those.
