I have a PEO appointment on 5-Apr-2011 for my ILR application. However my wife does not have time off from work to attend.

Is her presence mandatory? If no , do I need to take any authorisation letter or her.

No... you are fine to attend without dependants. Hope you took appointment for family and not individual.

No authorization letter reqd.
