Work permit - Tier 2 - ILR

Hi,
I initially came in on a 4 years WP which was renewed to Tier 2(ICT-Established staff) last year under transitional arrangement.
I am due to apply for ILR later this year. I currently earn about £33,000 per annum. Will I qualify for ILR as per the new rules?
