ILR - am I eligible?

Hi

I would request the immigration experts in this forum to guide me if I'm eligible for ILR:

Jan 14 2007 - July 2008 - Work Permit (old format, not Tier 2 ICT)
July 2008 - June 2010 - Extended Work Permit (guess it is still in old format)
June 2010 - July 2010 - Extended Work permit (This time, it is issued as Tier 2 ICT with the biometric card by Labour government).
July 2010 - July 2012 - Tier 1 General (I converted it immediately after receiving the extended Tier 2 ICT).

I'm really confused if I'm eligible to apply for ILR anytime after 15th Dec 2011.

Jan 2007 to Dec 2011 is 4 years 11 months, but I'm worried if the Tier 2 ICT extension in June 2010 would have screwed up anything.

Please let me know your comments. Thanks for the help.

Check with your employer if the WP issued in 2007 was for an Intra Company Transferee. If so, then having extended under Tier 2 (ICT) in 2010 doesn't make you ineligible for settlement (245GF).

Yes, I came to UK from India using Work permit, under intra company transfer. So, am I eligible to apply for ILR?
