Hi,

During my 5 year tenure in UK, I was working in Germany for the first year from Feb to August.

Although my payroll was generated in UK and also I made multiple trips to uk every 90 days.

Will this affect my ILR? Should i wait for 7 more months to apply ILR.

I have the payslips generated for those days in UK.

No as long as you can satisfy CO with your employer letter stating your job outside uk & payrolls processed here in UK , also along with your multiple trips with 90 days.
