Thanks to moderators and members of this forum for all useful posts and advice.I will share my experience at PEO Solihull.
I had an appointment at 0900 Hours and arrived at 0820 but doors open only at 0830 so had to wait for few minutes. There is plenty of Car Park around the town centre. Solihull PEO is located opposite Jimmy Spices on station road.
I had to go through Airport style security check up. They also checked If I was using the new April version of the form.
I was called at 0845. The person went through my form and did verify the credentials on his system.I had a bag full of documents but he asked last 3 months pay slips, 5 P60 , passports, 2 photographs and current employment letter.
Instead of P60's, I gave him HMRC employment history letter.
He asked me to make payment and return in 2 hours to collect the passport.
I returned and collected passport at 1030 with ILR stamp.
I can confirm that the personnel in Solihull go through your documents first and then payment is taken.
Hope this is helpful.
Adnan

Thanks for reply Adnan
There were two JR , one for pre nov 2006 and other who applied before april 2006.First one is called JR and other is JR ILR9 based on 4 years contineous stay). if yours was pre nov 2006( like mine) then its HSMP JR.
Sorry about the confusion and congrats.
