Hi, can anyone help me about my ILR due next week. I am worried about the rate which according to my employer is 16,224 basically 7.8 per hour. I have changed employer April 2008 and had a salary increased last May 2010 of 7.80 with a letter from my employer stating that it is to conform with my work permit and qualifications. Its just almost all the posts are saying that even if I am applying ILR under Old WP I need to follow criteria for Tier 2 where it's a minimum of 20,000 salary required. I am finding it difficult which COP to look and which ILR process i should follow.
Currently I have the ff documents on hand:
1. CRB
2. Bank Statements/Savings
3. Wage Slips
4. Life in the UK test
5. Letter from employer+Last years letter about salary increase
6.Old Work Permit and Letter from UKBA about confirming of Change of Employer
7. P60's - 4 to confirm 5 years of continuous employment

Is there anyone in this forum who is on the same boat as me?:( To all very helpful members and moderators, is there anything else I need to add to my documents?
Thanks all in advance.

Anyway, thanks guys...after days and weeks of rading I found it. I might have skipped it before accidentally but the rate I am looking for is clearly stated in COP.
About my documents, any ideas?
About cohabitation proof, is it ok to provide Bank statements of my dependant? I also have the tenancy agreement dated 2 years ago will that be anough?
Thanks
