New rules confusion - WP + HSMP + TIER 1

Hi All,
Please help me with my query regarding Indefinite Leave with the new rules being introduced I am totally confused
2006 - Got my 1st work permit
2007- Got my 2nd work permit
2008 - Got HSMP
2010 - Extension under TIER 1 General
And in 2011 ILR.........
- But i dont understand abt this new COP rules? Does it apply to me?
- My understanding so far is I have to prove what I proved last time for my Tier 1 extension is this right?
- Do I have to contact my previous employers to arrange some documents? If so what kind of documents?
