I have a confusion over continous 5 year calculation -

1. I have been in UK for last 5 years on WP+ Tier1
2. In last 5 years, I have been out of UK for 200 days (both annual leave and official trips combined)
3. None of the visits have been more than 3 months at a stretch
4. During official trips, I have not been paid in UK.
4. I can present letters from my empolyer confirming that the days out side UK were annual leave and official trips

Do I stand a chance to qualify for ILR or not ? thanks.

regards

You can apply with absolute confidence.

UKBA will discount the days spent outside the UK as long as you have proof from your employer confirming this. Ie, confirming you were on business trips and holidays….
