Does HSMP judicial reveiw covers New criminality threshold laws.
I had driving offence SP30 with 6 points 400 pounds fine in feb 2011.
Can any body tell me , Am i eligible to apply ILR, my HSMP was approved on 20th July 2006?

Migrants covered by HSMP JRs (i.e. - migrants who applied for HSMP approval on/before 07-Nov-06) are not affected by the changes in immigration rules introduced on 06-Apr-11.

Same applies to dependants of such migrants.
