ilr ELIGIBILITY

DEAR FRIENDS,
i got my hsmpapproval in may2006 and stamped in june162006 outside uk and entered uk on 11july2006. and i am planning for ilr application.
i have 2 questions
1, do i need to show earning as i showed for extension i had 2 jobs, now only one.
2, is it i would be able to apply 28days before entry to uk 11/07//2006 or visa stamp 16/06/2006.
Pls help with my queries.
