Hi every one,
This question might be a bit common, however I have stayed 230 days out of UK in the past 5 years. All of which is paid annual leave. Is that going to be a problem for settlement and if yes what would be my options?
Thanks a lot in advance.

180 days is the max allowed, however most case workers look for >90 d single absences and ignore slight excesses.
You will have to take a chance with this. Also see if you can delay your application until when absences are <200.
Remember you can take out business absences(with employer letter) and days of travel.

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply.
Maximum I have been away at one go is 40 days for the birth of my daughter.
In any unfortunate case of refusal on basis of the total days, would my option be to extent my application till I become eligible?
Thank you
