hello to all !

i need some information about ILR eligibility for my cousin. he came to UK in november 2009 and work for a multinational company. visa was issued to him in may 2009. he entered in the UK in may 2009 with kids and wife and left after 2 weeks. he was away from end of may till mid of november 2009.
will he and his family be able to apply for ILR in 2014 or after july 2011 rules he cant apply ?
thats some confusion for me about pre april or pre nov .. what is that ?

Yes, as and when he becomes eligible.

References to Pre-Apr or Pre-Nov do not apply to your cousin.
