Self's limited company and business travels letter

I have my own limited company and sometimes I am making business travels.As far as I read from the forum , for the business travels I need an employer letter.In this case , I am the employer too.How will this reflect to me ? Will it be enough to provide a letter for my own ? Or do I need to find more proofs?

Just type a letter out in our company's official letterhead and sign it by Secretary of your company or self.

Should suffice

letter from chartered accountant of company would be more appropriate further stating company has accounted for business tour expenses in its accounts
