Hello, I am currently on Tier 1 visa about to apply for ILR next month. I receive only online payslip statements from my employer. Do i have to get these rubber stamped by my employer or anything else(like the way we did it at the time of applying for Tier 1) ? Does the guidance says anything particular about this. Please help and awaiting responses.

Thanks

If you could print the online payslip on company letter head then you should be fine.

-----
Payslips: These should be either formal payslips or on company headed paper. Where formal payslips are produced on plain paper they must be stamped and signed by the employer. Payslips which are not on headed paper or if the applicant receives all pay slips online, he/she must authenticate the evidence by asking the employer to sign and stamp a printout. If the applicant provides payslips, they must cover the whole period claimed (for example, if payslips are produced monthly, the applicant must provide the payslip for each month of the period claimed).

The guidance refers to ILR applications based on Tier 1. What about ILR applications based on work permit? Is signature/stamp required too?

the link is to a pdf file that has the heading "SECTION 1 – SETTLEMENT – TIER 1", so obviously it is applicable to settlement applications for people with Tier 1 status. Is there a similar pdf file for people who are making settlement applications under Tier 2 or work permit status? Of particular interest is the requirement of having stamped/signed pay slips. If there is such a requirement for work permit holders applying for settlements, kindly post the link here.
