Hi All,
I am applying for ILR next month and i will like to let you know the doc i am sending and how my situation is for any advice

I was convicted in court for driving without an insurance in 2004,just two days after i have arrived in the country.
Did CRB last year and nothing was showing as any conviction
I was on WP and changed to tier 2 last year because my WP was for only 4 years, working with same employer for the whole 5 years.
Date of WP 07/07/2006 so i should qualify on the 9th of june 2011. Appointment booked on the 13th at solihull. I will also like to know if my qualifying day is right.

Documents i will be sending
Employer letter
6 months bank statements
4 months payslips
Marriage certificate
WP and Tier 2 letters
Absence details only 21 days.14 days was for educational visit to Africa as i am a teacher.
Life in uk pass cert
birth cert for son
passports

Can anybody adv me if i have missed anything and i hope my conviction is a spent on now.

Advice or comment from the senior members and moderators will be appreciated. Thanks

CRB info. only holds record for last five year and depends on what type of checks you have done and what's reason, such as immigration or work . don't worry hope everything will be fine. if you are not asked to register with police then you don't need to submit police cert. either. let us know the outcome.

best wishes

Thanks for the reply cankbs11. I did an enhaced CRB check last year and it was to do with work. I did also called the Nacro and they said if my conviction was in 2004 then i should tick the no box for conviction and i don't have to disclose anything to the UKBA.
I am really feeling very anxious and the closer i get i just can't wait to get it out of the way.

Hoping for thr best myself

Hi
I am being paid my normal salary into my bank account and i am also paid by the same local authority for doing lunch time duties in the school (which is looking after the children on the play ground not to mess about). The money goes into my account the same date as two different payment from the same local authority. Can seniors please advice if this is a breach of my core duties as i am being paid for it.Generally teachers should be doing duties which is part of their core duties but in my school we get paid for it.
