Regarding ILr Applying time

Hi
I have got Visas on 14/09/2006 for 2yrs and then
i extend for another 3 yrs i.e. from 14/09/2008 to 14/09/2011.
But i entered in UK on 02/11/2006 so from which date i need to count my 5 yrs for ILR.
Can i apply for ILR Before 14/09/2011 or i need to extend my visa till 02/1102011 and then apply for ILR.
I am waiting for your suggestion.
