TIER 1 Dependant ILR

I have been living in UK on HSMP and then later on Tier 1 (January 2009). I will now be applying for ILR in January 2012. My question is regarding my spouse. By the time we apply for ILR she would have been living with me in UK for over 5 years. Now like me does she need to take the life in UK test?
My second question is about co-habitation. We have not moved from our current address since August 2009 and I have gathered the council tax statements, bank statements from each of our banks, Tenancy agreements, DVLA counter parts for the last two years. Is this documentation sufficient or will I need to collect further information? I would really appreciate your help.
