Reg: Being an Expat whilst getting close to ILR

Hi,
I have been working as an Expat for a UK company for the past few months in Norway. I am little worried if this might effect my ILR application.
I still get paid in the UK as the company I work for is an English company and I pay all my taxes and my pay cheque gets into my UK account only.
Can anyone guide me through this. If there is a previous thread for the same question kindly forward the link if it is not of any inconvenience.
