I am planning to apply for ILR(10 year long residence) Jan 2011 next year. My whole family becomes eligible to apply for ILR next year but there is a gap of 10 months between my arrival and my wife and daughter's arrival(student dependents). our visas are valid till end of next year. Is it possible for whole family to apply together? what are the options available for us and which is the best option?pls guide

When does the dependants' current leave expire? Will they complete 10 years legal stay by that date?
