Help with Form Question - ILR

Hi

I had two questions is in the SET(O) form:

When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the
date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay
on which this application is based.

I came to UK first on WP in 2004, however then i went back to my hometown for 9 months and then came back in 2005. Again I had 20 days overstay in 2006. I qualify fully from 01-Jun-2006 (after clock reset). Should I be mention here the date as 2004 or the duration for which i am claiming the ILR?

2. B4. Please tick to confirm the documents that you have sent as supporting evidence of the qualification for which you are claiming points. (You should refer to Chapter 6A of the Immigration Directorate Instructions (Tier 1 Settlement) to establish the circumstances in which documents other than the original certificates of award will be accepted.)

Evidence is not required for current application because it was submitted for a previous Tier 1 (General) application

I have Tier 1. Do I need to check this and not submit the original certificates? Just wondering if this is a risk as I don't mind submitting the original certificates again.

Settlement application of economic migrants is based on (5 years) "qualifying residential period" preceding the application. Mention the date of entry (as an economic migrant) from when your ILR clock started ticking (after any resets) i.e.- 01-Jun-2006.

If the form tells you not to submit a document that was submitted in a previous application then there is no need. But if you are worried, despite the instruction, then submit it.
