UKBA expects a Technical Change Form, if the salary being recd has reduced by more than 30% from the orginal salary as per WP

Thanx for replying, he's salary is just about 15% less than his work permit agreed salary. Does he still need a technical change form. Also does his letter from employer need to state only his current salary excluding overtime and extras? Answer is much appreciated. Thanx.

For Work Permit holders the Salary should be at or above the appropriate rate for the job as listed in COP and the Employer should certify this. More details available on UKBA website.
