Hi,

Thanks to everyone who responded my queries on this forum. I thought to share my experience if that's going to save some money for others on premium calls -

The questions which I had in my mind -
1. Should I put NA or Should I cross those points which does not apply to me
--- I didn't put anything and left them alone.

2. Have I spent 5 years, shoud I tick that box (on Page 20 of SET o) as I was applying 15 days before 5 years -
- I ticked that box (Although the UKBA helpline said that I should leave that unticked and explain that in covering letter)

Security check (2 min) + Went to counter and got the ticket no.. + was called to submit all docs & form within couple of mins + Payment (5 min) and left all documents with the payment counter.

Didn't hear anything untill 12:15, that's when I though to check (as by this time it was about 90 minutes and didn't hear anything) , response got that the Case worker is looking now..

Did wait for another 15 - 20 minutes... and then was called on counter to tell that I will get my passport in about 15-20 minutes and here are all your original documents...

My salary was less this year than last year (when Tier 1 granted) but in same band. But it was faily less than 2008-09

The documents I submitted to avoid any question -

2. Fee - Paid with credit card

4A. Letter from employer (working with same emploer since last 5 years) with salary for last 12 months + mention of business trip + holidays (had about 60 holidays outside uk)

4B. 5 yrs P 60

4C. Letters from Home office whcih I received with Tier 1

5. last 12 months bank + last month bank statement

6. Saving accoutn statements

8. Last 5 years bank statements

7. Cohabitation:

B. Council tax (from may 2009 onwards) - Dependant
C. Utility statements (from May 2009 onwards) - Dependant
D. Bank statement (Aug 2009 onwards) - Dependant

F. NHS card - Dependant + mine

The only question I was asked was about the photograph when I submitted the forms How old my photos are.. Ans.. Last weekend...

Hope it helps...
