Confusion with form SECTION 9 [EARNINGS TABLE]

Hi All,
Please help me with this question as I am completely confused.
I dont know which TABLE do i have to choose (i.e. TABLE 2 or TABLE 3). Below are my details:
- May 2006 to February 2008 - Work Permit
- March 2008 to March 2010 - HSMP
- February 2010 to March 2013 - Tier 1 Extension
Please advise me which table I have to make points from
