hi
could you please confirm if this is okay to apply for English test for ILR in July 2011 . as my visa is expired in april 2013. and would this be valid till that time.
please confirm me.

There is no English test for ILR!
Perhaps the OP is talking about the Knowledge of Language and Life in the UK requirement?

You can take the test whenever you feel you're ready....but make sure you don't lose the pass certificate as the test centre won't issue a replacement.

It doesn't have an expiry date...so yes.
