I'm currently on the work permit and pertty soon going to apply for the ILR. I'm going to apply in person at Croydon. Can you advise please if the employment letters (about being employed, salary being at/above the required rate , continues stay in the UK) should be addressed to:

UK Border Agency
SET(O)
Indefinite
Leave to Remain
PO
Box 591
Durham
DH1 9FS

OR to:

CROYDON
Lunar House
40 Wellesley Road
Croydon
CR9 2BY

or another address, or it doesn't matter. Many thanks for your help!

"To whom it may concern" - ensures that such questions don't trouble you.

This said, why would you want to put a Durham address on a document when the document will be presented / submitted at Croydon?

CROYDON
Lunar House
40 Wellesley Road
Croydon
CR9 2BY

Thanks again.

I wouldn't think it would be an issue. Mine was simply addressed to the UK Border Agency. The subject on the letter was quite clear that the application was towards ILR. Didnt have an issue with my application.
