I came in Aug 2006 under hsmp & extension under hsmp JR to Tier 1 in 2008.

I am due for ILR next month. Are following documents sufficient for ILR application:

ILR Set (O) form
All current+existing passorts (self & 2 dependants)
3 month pay slip
3 month bank staements (account in which salary comes)
4 year P60 and 1 year P45 (as was not working from jan-april 2006)
Emplyemer letter

Additional documents:
Council tax letters
Utility bills
Rent contract for all the 5 years


Do we need 3 month or 12 month bank statement?

do we really need to show as well the following?

i dont think so. can anyone confirm pls?

the additional documents i am keeping for "Just in case" situation that to show no use of public funds, etc, address proofs...Not required though

I suggest you to provide them 3 months bank statement but keep last 12 months statement in your bag, incase if they ask for..

U need if you apply along with ur wife, n have to proof atleast for last 2 yrs that ur wife are living together.
