Hi, I have been working as a senior care assistant since Aug, 2006. Next month I am going to apply for ILR. but I am bit confused about my salary. My current salary is £7.02/hour and I been spoken to some people about this issue but they told me that as per new rule every senior carer should get £7.80/hour otherwise chance to reject the ILR application. What can I do? No time left for me. Can apply for ILR with these salary?. Please give me urgent advice.
