WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED ON MY CASE PLEASE ?

HELLO,
I AM NEW TO THIS FORUM. I AM COMING UP AT THE END OF MY 10 YEARS DURATION, I CAME HERE IN OCT 2001, I HAVE BEEN HERE ON STUDENT AND PSW, RIGHT NOW I HAVE STUDENT VISA WHICH EXPIRES IN JAN 2012.

I NEED TO KNOW THE FULL LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS INCLUDING ANY CERTIFICATIONS.

IF YOU REQUIRED ANY MORE INFORMATION PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

May I suggest please do not write in capital letters. This is not the norm and time and again Mods have requested so please cooperate.I am not very current on 10 year long stay cases. Some one may help

CHECK that

u have not broken 20 hrs rule when u were student , HO confirms with hmrc by yr earning info

The SET(O) form explains the documentary evidence(s) required when applying under long residence. See also Long residence.

If this is true then most of us seeking help on refusals. And i have been reading here didnt find any info on this .

Working in excess of the permitted 20 hours pw is a reason for refusal.

HMRC have data of

2 or more employers with pay and tax details

> 20 hrs p/w during studies is break of law , solid weapon in hand of HO

The point i was trying to make is upto 2005 or 2006 there wasnt such restrictions from employer on 20 work pw and majority of students worked more hours. Even i know some they were working more hours and now they got ilr baaed on long residency

if it is proved any time that ILR Or any visa obtained by fraud or providing WRONG info , applicant in troble
