Dear All

I entered the UK on the 1st Oct 2006 (Sunday) as work permit holder and will finish 5 years of work soon.

Any idea what is the earliest day I can apply in PEO office?

Is the 1st Oct 2006 (Sunday) calculated as well

You may apply for ILR between Saturday, 3 September 2011 and before your leave expires.
