ILR query

Here is my situation - Hope someone can shed light
Entered UK with entry clearance as Student Nurse - March 2005 (Not WP - Permit free training visa) gained NMC reg, ( As a Nurse) and got 5 year WP with employment. WP issued 10 Oct 2006 - got LLR stamped 22/11/2006

Here are my questions.
1. When do I qualify for ILR 10 Oct 2011 or 22 Nov 2011?

2. I am on a 36hrs/week contract and am paid £11.25/hr (on original WP letter £10.00) - The COP code 3211 for a Band 5 Nurse states annual salary (not hourly) as £20,710 pa - so will the case worker calculate my hourly rate against 37½ pw? then I am £460 short of the required £20,710 - So i need to get atleast £11.52 p/r - am I right?

3. Though my contract is 36hrs pw, i work about 42hrs pw and my annual pay on last 4 years p60 states £23k plus so will this count to my annual salary?

Please tell me the options I have about my salary dilemma.

1. 22-Nov-11. You may apply no earlier than 28 days before this date.

2. AIUI - You need a letter to confirm that you are paid at the rate of £10.62 per hour (i.e.- £20710 /(37.5*52)) or more. For a 36 hour / week contract, the employer will need to confirm that you are being paid at least £19881 per year. If UKBA has authorized you to work for (at least) 36 hours, then your salary should be pro-rated to reflect the 1.5hr/wk difference.

3. If you ask for a letter from you employer to confirm your earnings, what figure are they going to state? 23K? If so, nothing to worry about!

And, please don't post queries in an active topic / ongoing discussion (leads to confusion when people try address multiple queries from different individuals in a single topic).

You should be absolutely fine as £11.25 *36 = 405*52=21060 annual pay.
