Dear All,

I have few queries on my ILR application which I am planning to submit later this year. Any help/info on this would really be appreciated.

My situation is as follows

a) Entered UK - 17/09/2006 on Work Permit.
b) Got Tier 1 General visa (In country)- 14/04/2008
c) Got Tier 1 extension valid up to 14/04/2013.

1) I am planning to apply for ILR in person at a PEO . When is the earliest date I can apply for ILR at a PEO? Is it 16/09/2011 - 28 days which comes to 20th August 2011?

2) My wife and child are my dependants and have Tier 1 dependant visa valid until 14/04/2013.They are planning to travel outside UK during the month of August/Sept'11 .As a result I am planning to apply for ILR alone in Aug/Sept.If my ILR application is successful would they be allowed back into UK on their old dependant visa (i.e. Tier 1 dependant visa). OR do they have to apply for ILR dependant from outside UK?

Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks in Advance

1. Yes
2. It would be appropriate to get the ILR for both dependant before they travel outside.
