Hi Guys,

Got alot of help from this forum the last time... so hoping you can assist with my query this time.

I just wanted to confirm what sort of points I should be expecting. Details are below:

Inital HSMP 05/07/07 - 05/07/09
Teir 1 upto 5/07/12

Points:
Bachelors - 30 points
Income (this is where Im unsure) - approx 36K would I get 40 or would I get 20 points?
Age 20 points
UK Exp - 5 points

That would either give me a total of 95 points or 75 points... not sure which... would you be able to assist.

Hi Hardeep. The same income band should be applicable which was enforced at the time of your initial application, it is surely not 20.

Cheers mk357... yes that seems to be the case I revied the guidance available online and seems to mention the same.
