HSMP and Tier 1 and ILR

Hi all
I have entered HSMP between april and nov 2006 for 2 years then tier 1 General migrant for three years.
In SET 0 ILR form section 3 for do i tick Tier 1 judicial review or HSMP ILR judicial review policy.
This has great implications.
Are the HSMP between april2006 and nov 2006 covered by Judicial ILR review policy.
