Hi there,
Just wondering if someone can help. I am applying for my IRL (UK Ancestry Visa) in 2 weeks in Croydon.....my son doesn't have a visa yet so it is correct that he goes as a dependent on my application??

Also I am now (after 3 1/2yrs) a stay at home mother.......do I still need to provide evidence that I worked in the last 5 yrs of my UK Ancestry Visa? My fiance is supporting both of us financially, we have been together for 12yrs and came over to the UK together (but he has his own visa).....I know I need to supply a cover letter from him, our bank statemnts, payslips from his work and his emplyer letter.....but do i need to include anything else?

Thanks

See also Applicant unemployed at date of application (page 22).

IMHO, if you wish to apply then you should do so by post.

If not travelling, then son born in the UK does not need to make an application for leave to remain.

- - - Why would you suggest doing it by post? How long would this take?

because only straightforward applications should be submitted in person. and yours isn't straightforward.
