ILR when spouse on own Tier-1 application?

I came to UK in 2006 on WP and moved to Tier-1 General migrant category in 2009. My wife joined me in UK on her own WP in 2007 and she moved to her own Tier-1 General migrant category in 2009. Now, I am eligible for ILR. Can I include my wife as my dependent at that time of ILR? We are been married for last 10 years and living together in UK for last 4 and half years.
