Got few confusing questions :

1. I am claiming my salary from June 2010 to May 2011. The May 2011 salary appeared in June 2011, while till Jan 2010 I was getting salary on the last day of the month. Is it ok if I show 13 bank statements for my 12 months earning? Earning means the time when money was earned or the payment was made into the account ?

2. If my salary is variable, what should I put as my monthly take home, latest or average or something else ?

3. Limited company Dividend I can claim only net not gross, is it correct ? Dividend not on the salary slip got separate Dividend Voucher.

NEED URGENT ANSWER PLEASE

It would be helpful if you also state what visa are you on now? Do you have to achieve points to qualify for the ILR? In that case you can only show 12 months earning, (cannot show 13 months earning for a year). Which date the salary goes into your bank account is not that important as long as you have the earnings.

--> it should nt be a problem. it doesnt matter when the salary is paid. let it be in last day in the same month or next month.as long you show earnings for 12 consecutive months in the last 15 months

-->one of my friend applied for ILR and he got. he mentioned it as average

Dividend Net only. if not on payslip..should be separate voucher

I am on Tier 1 General visa as the moment. I have been on Work permits earlier. The salary I am claiming is of 1st June 2011 and 31st May 2011.
