HI
I have a query regarding the permanent residence eligibility.
I have got work permit transition letter on June 17th 2007, got entry clearance on July 17th 2007 and entered in UK on August 29th 2007.
In January 2008, I moved to another company. They sponsored work permit for me and got the FLR till January 2013.
In March 2009, I switched to HSMP tier1 because of my child medical treatment and got the approval till April 2012.
My son is suffering with cerebral palsy and getting treatment in UK .
For his treatment, we have to stay in UK and we are also expecting twins in December 2011.
Based on above condition, will I get the eligibility for permanent residence in April 2012(I will complete 4yrs 9 months in UK by that time)?
If no, could you please confirm, do I need to go for extension in April 2012 or is there procedure and way to get the visa for 2 months?
Can any body suggests regarding the eligibility date for my permanent residence?
