Hi All,
I have just completed my 5 years stay in UK and am eligible for ILR. But my passport will be expiring in Oct 2011. Can I apply for ILR with passport validity period less than 6 months. Could you anyone please advise.

If there's sufficient time, then renew passport. Else, don't worry.

Make a valid ILR application before leave expires.
