Yes. However, you should prove that you continue to qualify under the
EEA regulations (

Hi there,
I need some advice please could you give me advice as i am quite confused about my case.
Firstly i am not sure about the ILR start time i mean i got the UK visa on 19th of 2003 and i came to UK on 31st aug which date is the start date for 10 year ILR?
Secondly I will be eligle for ILR after two year (6 year student+ 2 year PSW+ Tier1 general) i got Tier1 general which is due on 16th june 2013.My question is the when i will apply for my extension i will also become eliglbe for ILR 10 year Lawful rule in AUG (but not sure either 19th or 31st) but can i apply for 10 year rule aswell beacuse the rule is that you can apply 28 days early but my passport will be still with HO.I am not sure can i apply for my extension aswell as ILR same time or not?
Lastly, Do i need to give Life in UK test or not??

Hi garyuk,
First of all 19th of which month?
Secondly, you can apply for variation of leave if you are on section 3C leave.
If you are not on section 3C leave, then you have to wait for the passport to return.
Yes you need life in the UK test.
